Following four years of participation in nearly all aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, as a leader, for several organizations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most significant thing of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I have discovered, and learned, while it is likely to train some one, and supply them with the necessary and essential skills, to proceed, sensibly, one must start the procedure, having a certain sort of mindset, and attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it would be, one has to be directed by the heart principle, to do, what’s RIGHT! Keeping that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which causes us do, what we do, is crucial and important. It is vital to proceed in a righteous manner, without having to be self – righteous! How could you know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the strengths and weaknesses, and also the positives, as well as drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and the mission of the group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership preparation, and seeking strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and achieving consequences, as core components.
